Module 1 - Health & Safety and Associated Legislation
This module is designed to enable learners to understand and be competent when applying Health and Safety legislation, practices and procedures associated with working as a domestic installer.
The module covers the following aspects –
– How relevant Health and safety legislation applies to your place of work.
– Understanding the procedures for dealing with Health and Safety in a work environment.
– How to assess the place of work for risks and hazards and when to implement remedial measures.
– Understanding the procedures and practices for establishing a safe working environment.
